Kinect Controlling 3D Geometry and Sound
My right hand moves the cube through 3D space. My left hand sets how fast it spins and sweeps the synth's filter, and changes its colour. My head's position controls a feedback effect and the pitch of the sound. Built with Synapse for Kinect, Max for Live and Ableton Live, routing the same MIDI signals into VDMX and a Quartz Composer patch. Thanks to Ryan Challinor for the original Synapse software.
